VISCOSITY MANAGER 2.0
- Viscosity Conversations -
Apart from the kinematic viscosity unit mm²/s (also usual: cSt, 1mm²/s = 1 cSt) there are also other units. The units Engler grades, Saybolt seconds etc. that are used only scarcely today, are based on different measuring methods. When taking into account viscosity's dependence on temperature and the different measuring methods, these units may be converted into one another. Sometimes you have to convert these various data:
- Engler degree into mm²/s and vice versa
- Engler degree at 50 °C into mm²/s at 40 °C (ISO VG)
- Redwood Seconds, Saybolt Universal Seconds into mm²/s and retour
